How can I earn Z-Points?

You will earn points on most of your merchandise purchases at Zadok’s. You will earn 2% ($2 for every $100 spent) on your purchases.

Is there anything I can’t earn Z-Points on?

Yes, loose diamonds, gift card purchases, and merchandise with a discount of 10% or more and other promotions or sales are not eligible for Z-Points. Z-Points are rewarded on the net amount of the purchase. The net amount is the amount of the new purchase less any trade-ins, tax, and shipping fees.

How do I redeem my Z-Points?

Your Zadok sales associate will be happy to redeem your Zadok Rewards Z-Points at the time of purchase. A minimum redemption of 100 points ($100 in reward dollars) is required and points are redeemable exclusively at Zadok Jewelers.

How quickly can I redeem my Z-Points after earning them?

Z-Points will be available by the 15th of the month following your purchase. For example, if you make a purchase on September 21st, your Z-Points will be available to you on October 15th. Please contact a Zadok associate for specific details.

Will my Zadok Rewards Points ever expire?

Under normal circumstances, no. However, if a member’s account remains inactive for more than three consecutive years, then the account will be closed and the member will forfeit any accumulated Z-Points.

I have a credit card that earns air miles. Can I still earn Z-Points?

Absolutely! Go ahead and pay for your Zadok Jewelers purchase with cash, check or credit card. If you use a credit card that earns you air miles or other points, you will still earn the full amount of Z-Points from Zadok Jewelers.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is used as a primary identifier in our program. We use your email address to identify you and make sure that your points earnings and redemptions are properly applied. We also use your email address to communicate with you periodically. It is a requirement of program participation that you receive quarterly statements by email, in addition to the occasional email regarding changes in the terms and conditions of our program. All other email communication is optional.

How can I find out how many points I have available?

You will receive quarterly e-mail statements with your Zadok Reward balance. If you would like to find out your balance at any other time please do not hesitate to contact us at 713-960-8950.

Can I make returns?

Returned merchandise that earned Z-Points or Z-Points were used to purchase fall under the standard Zadok Jewelers return policy. Any Z-Points earned on merchandise that was returned will be forfeited. Any Z-Points used toward the purchase will be reinstated to your account by the 15th of the following month.
