Shipping within the United States

Zadok Jewelers is proud to offer 2nd day shipping on all orders. On most orders over $1000, Free Overnight Shipping will be used. Shipping arrival dates will be set for Tuesday through Saturday.

Zadok.com lists a combination of in-stock items ready to ship, items temporarily out of stock, and items only available in our Houston Showroom. The default shipping time is therefore set to the Items normal production time, often several weeks. We will confirm every order with you and ship the item within 2 business days in most cases.

International Shipping

Zadok Jewelers is only able to ship to addresses outside the United States on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to have an order shipped to an international destination, please email or call our web concierge for eligibility and further assistance: (713) 434-6750 or sales@zadok.com.

Shipping to an address other than your billing address

We understand jewelry is often purchased as a surprise, and we will happily ship to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card. However, to do so for all orders over $500, we must ask that you have your alternative shipping address(es) on file with your credit card company so that we can verify that your order is a purchase authorized by you. To add an address with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.

Return Period and Eligible Items

Zadok Jewelers proudly offers a “no questions asked” 14 Day Money Back Guarantee (including free return shipping for domestic shipments) on all regular catalog items in-store and online. Special order items may or may not carry a 14 Day Guarantee. Your Sales consultant will advise you if an item will fall outside of our standard return policy and outline the return period for that item on your invoice.

Custom Jewelry, Jewelry or items that have been modified to customer specific needs (other than normal sizing or engraving), and full eternity rings are not returnable, but are fully backed by our 1 Year workmanship guarantee.

*Should a problem be the result of an error on the part of Zadok Jewelers, the item will be returnable.

Easy Return Process

The 14 day return period begins on the date the item arrives at your destination. If you elect to delay your shipment, your Sales Consultant will alert you if this will deduct from the 14 day return period. To begin a return email us at returns@zadok.com to request your RA# (Return Authorization Number), free return label (domestic shipments only), and return shipping instructions.

*Please do not return items to Zadok Jewelers without an RA#, it will be rejected and delay your return.

All items shipped and received by Zadok Jewelers are thoroughly inspected under camera. Items must be returned in original condition together with all related documentation. Upon verification your return will be processed and a refund issued within 10 business days. Your refund will consist of the full purchase price of the refunded item(s), and will be made by either credit card credit or by company check depending on your method of payment.
