The world-renowned Breitling Jet Team pilots made a stop on their cross-country tour at Zadok Jewelers on Tuesday, October 25. The pilots are part of the world’s largest civilian aerobatic team. Guests also viewed the limited edition Breitling Jet Team American Tour Chronomat GMT created to celebrate the two-year American tour the pilots embarked on in 2015.
Breitling has long been a partner in aviation going back to the 1930’s when the brand built onboard chronographs intended for aircraft cockpits. The 1952 launch of the now legendary Navitimer wrist chronograph became a cult object for pilots and aviation enthusiasts. It is the world’s oldest mechanical chronograph still in production.
The event was catered by The Dunlavy and featured dishes like Moroccan Spiced Lamb Meatballs and Chicken Satay.
