Marketing Director

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will help develop strategies and tactics to employ successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across all channels. He/She will also act as the hub of the marketing team, liaising, managing timelines and relationships. This person will oversee the entire marketing team and will maintain responsibility for accomplishments and outcomes.


      • Handle Overall Strategy and Execution of Annual Marketing Plan to include:
      • Track and Analyze Annual Marketing Budgets
      • Create Media Plan Proposals for Brand/Vendor Review & Approval
      • Schedule, Request Creative, and Traffic all Marketing Materials (Print, Digital, Social, etc) between outside vendors and media
      • Coordinate Annual Buys for All Print/OOH/Radio/TV/Online/Digital
      • Analyze Campaigns to Maximize ROI and apply to Future Strategic Implementation
      • Meet with Publishers to Finalize Contract Agreements; Maintain and help execute Brand Contracts
      • Schedule and Coordinate photoshoots, Creative, and Editorial for internal magazine
      • Help Liaise and Supply materials to PR Firm, Rebranding Firm, and SEO Company
      • Maintain Sponsorship Agreements for Houston Texans and like companies while managing relationships; Schedule & Coordinate Creative and Deliverables
      • Maintain Relationships & Deliverables for external Zadok Ambassadors
      • Organize meetings and handle requests for Nonprofit Organization Partnerships
      • Task Management
      • Act as Team Hub; Schedule all Marketing Meetings (Internal & External Partners)
      • Coordinate Tasks for Events & Creative Across all Media
      • Attend Events on Behalf of Zadok Jewelers Before, During and After Hours as Needed
      • Continue to Grow Current Relationships and Cultivate New Partnerships and Opportunities
      • Attend Brand Trainings to Increase Knowledge of Products and Campaign
      • Attend Online and Outside Training: Google Academy, Pinterest Academy, Webinars, etc to Maximize Best Practices


      • Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
      • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
      • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns preferred
      • Comfortable working with numbers; making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
      • Stays up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field and minimum four years in a management role
      • Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and able to keep team to a timeline, as well as meet deadlines
      • Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, ability to creatively problem solve, think outside the box and be a team player
